This presentation outlines a mixed-method research project assessing brand awareness of Global Ties Akron among University of Akron students. Using both focus group discussions and digital surveys, our team gathered qualitative and quantitative insights into student perceptions, awareness gaps, and preferred communication channels. The findings informed strategic recommendations for increasing visibility through social media, campus outreach, and storytelling-based engagement.
